Best Way to View & Print this Document
If You Use Microsoft Explorer v5.00
and a Lexmark 4039 Printer
or
If You use Microsoft Explorer v5.50 . 4134 . 600
and a Hewlett Packard 930C
(thanks David B for testing this mix)
or 		If You Use Microsoft Explorer v4.00
and a Hewlett Packard Laserjet 6L 		If You Use another Browser & Printer
  1. Select View Option
  2. Select Text Size
  3. Set Text Size to 'Smallest'
  4. Set Printer Size to Landscape
  5. You should be able to browse this entire frame using your mouse & the scroll bars which appear on your internet window
  6. You should be able to print this entire frame in Landscape mode on your printer

  2. Select Font Option
  3. Set Text Size to 'Smallest'
  4. Set Printer Size to Landscape
  5. You should be able to browse this entire frame using your mouse & the scroll bars which appear on your internet window
  6. You should be able to print almost the entire frame in Landscape mode on your printer My experience indicates that a few characters on the right side of your page may be missing so I shall upgrade to Explorer v5.00 soon
  • To Overcome the Above Mentioned Problem (Characters on right side of page not appearing when I print), I made the following extra adjustment to page setup
  1. Go into File, thence Page Setup
  2. Set Left margin to approximately 8.9 millimeters
  3. Set Right margin to approximately 8.9 millimeters
  4. Set top margin to approximately 10.0 millimeters
  5. Set bottom margin to approximately 10.0m millimeters
  6. I was then able to print the entire frame with all characters printing
