Again featuring "TOTAL ENERGY CONTROL" (Patent Pending) each gun has an individual control module for electrical and pneumatic functions.  A system controller provides electrical and pneumatic supplies for up to nine gun control modules, plus master controls for fluid beds, reciprocators and swingers.

The reciprocator is designed with a rugged construction for operation in the most hostile environments.  The chain operated carriage is operated by a .75kw AC motor through a heavy duty worm gearbox.

Available as standard with 1.5m, 2.0m or 2.5m stroke lengths, the reciprocator is controlled by a self contained micro-processor.  Stroke adjustment is variable within the specified stroke length and up to six variable switch points are available, including top, bottom and four intermediate points, two travelling up and two travelling down.

All settings are easily made and adjusted from the control panel, and four different modes of operation are available, including pre-programmed.  Up to thirty one sets of parameters maybe saved as recallable programmes at any time.

The processor is password protected and the memory is battery backed up to avoid loss of information.  The reciprocator incorporates dust seals to protect the internal carriage and chain and the wheels include swivel locks with 90deg settings.   Versatile gun support bars are provided to cater for individual requirements.

The Eurotec Swinger is an electrically driven spray gun manipulator designed to carry multiple spray guns performing the same or several different motions and is one of the most versatile and flexible gun movers in the powder coating industry.

The spray guns, which would normally be mounted in swivelling clamps on the end of support bars, may either reciprocate vertically over a short stroke which is variable up to 250mm, or swing through an arc.

The gun support bars are fitted into two clamps, one of which is fitted to the moving vertical pole of the 'Swinger' and the other fitted to either of the two fixed vertical poles.
